REGISTRATION POLICY:

Full conference registration cannot be shared between two or more delegates - all persons wishing to attend must register individually. Delegate information is shared with exhibitors. To reduce the risk of accidental exposure to allergens, this conference is a Fragrance-Free Environment. Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be entered during registration. Dietary needs are ultimately the responsibility of the delegate, and some accommodations may not be possible. Failure to identify an attendee's dietary needs may prevent the catering team from fully accommodating those needs. Catering orders are placed 14 days in advance and are finalized 7 days in advance of the event.

DELEGATE CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION / REFUND POLICY:

Registration cancellation must be received in writing to the conference office no later than 1 month before the event start date, for registration fees to be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. However, substitutions can be made such that a colleague can take your place. An administration cancellation charge of $75 will apply to all refunds. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled in accordance with the above policy.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the Organizing Committee is limited to the registration fee. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to travel expenses (airfare, accommodations, etc.).
